                        WARRANTY AND RETURNS POLICIES
 
Our company offers only the finest products available and we make every effort to meet your high standards for quality products, accurate descriptions, reliable shipping, and exceptional customer service.  If you should experience a problem, question or concern, please contact us immediately.
 
             All merchandise is satisfaction guaranteed for 30 days from the                                        original date of purchase.
 
            Most of our merchandise is guaranteed with a longer manufacturur's                                    warranty, which is the primary warranty.
 
             We will, at our option, repair or replace any defective merchandise                                   during the 30 day warranty period.
 
              Defective merchandise returned to us complete and with original                                        packaging will be repaired or replaced.
 
             A 20% restocking fee will apply on all non-defective returns.
 
              No returns sent C.O.D. will be accepted.
 
IMPORTANT:  All returns must be sent prepaid and include a Return
      Authorization  number from our online return process center.
