     CAN YOU SEND ME A CATALOG?
     Sorry, but we do not publish a printed catalog.  A printed catalog could never contain all of the               information we can publish on our Web site.
 
     WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
     We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit/debit cards.  You can                also pay for your merchandise directly from your PayPal account.  Money order payments are              accepted.  Your order is shipped after payment is received, usually by the next business day.               Sorry, C.O.D.'s are no longer accepted.

     Simply email us at  SERVICE@FISHERMENSCENTER.COM, and we will contact you by                   email shortly.  Our goal is to answer your email by the next time you log onto the Internet.                   This is the most efficient way to answer your questions.
 
     DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?
     Indiana residents must pay a 6% state sales tax.  Orders to all other states are tax-exempt.
 
     WHAT ADDRESS(ES) DO YOU NEED TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
     For the "Billing Address", please enter ONLY the address to which your credit card statement
     is mailed.  We use the Address Verification System provided by the credit card companies.                 We reserve the right to cancel any order for which you provide an incorrect billing address.  For             the "Shipping Address" field, we need a physical street address.  UPS will not deliver to a
     PO Box or to APO's.  Contact us for overseas and APO shipment charges.
 
      HOW DO YOU FIGURE THE SHIPPING CHARGES?
       We base our shipping charges on the weight of the product, which is the fairest way to do it                 because that is how UPS charges us.  We do not charge a  per order handling  fee as many                 sites do.  We have a minimum shipping charge of $12 for UPS Ground, which  covers the cost              of breaking down case loads, reboxing, packaging, and creating shipping labels for smaller                 shipments.   UPS shipping includes insurance up to $100 per order.
 
      HOW CAN I COMPUTE MY SHIPPING CHARGES BEFORE I BUY THE ITEM?
      When ordering a product, simply click on the buy button.  In doing so, the item will be added
      to your shopping cart.  The cart will calculate the total shipping weight of your order and                        provide a chart for choices of shipping methods upon entering your zipcode at checkout.
 
      WHERE IS MY ORDER SHIPPED FROM?
      At the FISHERMEN'S CENTER, you take advantage of our direct relationship with the
      manufacturers.  We bring you their best products via the Internet, and they ship those
      products directly to your door.  This completely eliminates the retail store and all those costly               retail "overhead" markups are gone forever!
 
     WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY PURCHASE?
      The most effective first step is to contact our support staff.  Often, the support staff can provide               you with the information to solve the problem.  If not, they will advise you to return it to us for a             refund or exchange  or  to the manufacturer in the case of a warranty.  For more details on our             return and warranty policies, please visit our POLICIES page.
